Programs & Services

David’s Harp offers 2,200 square feet of community space featuring a full kitchen, game room, community room and garden. Members are engaged through games, conversations, arts & crafts, gardening, occupational therapy, cooking, and meal-sharing.  Members particularly enjoy the Community Integration Program, which connects members to their communities through meaningful educational and recreational outings during which members practice the life skills they have learned at David’s Harp.

The programs and services David’s Harp offers builds members’ motor and mental skills, strengthens problem-solving and recovery skills, assists with mood and stress management, and provides assistance and education to help members achieve greater independence and success in their daily living and in interacting with their community.

David’s Harp serves about 100 members each year, providing 17,380 hours of programming annually. Morning and afternoon sessions are offered each day, Monday – Saturday; about 40 members gather and participate at David’s Harp each day.
