New Member Referrals
David’s Harp currently operates in partnership with Cascadia Health. To qualify for the services at David’s Harp, individuals need to be enrolled in mental health services at Cascadia Health and meet program insurance requirements and level of care criteria. If someone is currently enrolled in mental health services at Cascadia Health, their primary counselor can make an internal referral to the program. We are not able to accept referrals from other mental health providers.
If you are interested in establishing services with Cascadia Health, please call the crisis, information, access and referral line at 503-674-7777. Cascadia Health also has drop-in resource rooms at their four health center locations that provide free resources and groups to anyone in the community.
