Board of Directors

Becky Hubbard, Board Chair – Becky has been a member of the David’s Harp board since May 2007. Having a niece who is mentally challenged, Becky is aware that many adults often do not get the same level of attention and care that young people with a mental illness are provided. After donating clothing to David’s Harp and learning more about its programming, Becky knew she wanted to get involved. Becky is dedicated to David’s Harp and believes that it provides its members with a place where they feel welcome, are among friends, and feel comfortable. Becky is currently employed by Ball Janik, LLP.

Margaret Ford, Treasurer – Margaret joined the Board of Directors in February 2006. She is a retired county planner who served as the Planning Director of Butler County, Pennsylvania for 30 years and as the Planning Director for Walla Walla (City and County), Washington for five years. Margaret is a member of David’s Harp’s sponsoring church, Parkrose United Methodist, and acts as a liaison between David’s Harp and Parkrose.

Beverly Robertson Beverly “Bev” joined the Board of Directors in 2008.  Bev became involved at David’s Harp following her longstanding volunteer work with children, stretching from volunteer work in schools to holding up marching band props.  Bev strives to find opportunities where she can bring fun, beauty, and a sense of belonging to all individuals in communities that she touches.  Bev first started at David’s Harp as a volunteer in 2007 during the Holiday Dinners.  She brought fun decorations, holiday plates, and a warm smile.  Bev went the extra mile to reach out to individuals at David’s Harp to ensure their holiday celebration was welcoming. After that, Bev took an active interest in David’s Harp and joined the Board of Directors where she continues to benefit our members with her wit and special talents.
